    Dear all,
I’m new to Lead-DBS, running through Matlab R2015b. I usually work on CT scan, the pipe line seems to work, but I’ve run into difficulties with the recostruction steps. I’m trying to run the default method (PaCER – Husch 2017), but i got the error which suggest me to set the entry point for the target on Manual or to set a different mask window size. So i try to run the TRAC/CORE (Horn 2015), setting the target on Manual and the mask window size on Auto, but i think that there is something wrong expecially because i can select a single electrode (even for patients who have a bilateral system). So i would like to performs an automatic search using PaCER, can you help me to set the right mask windows size? Can you give me some explanation about this kind of error?
Thank you in advace for your collaboration.
    Regards,

    Michael

    Hi Michael,

it’s not easy to help you on this problem.
The best I can do is to point you toward the walkthrough videos where you can see how it should look like:

or the videos of our workshop in Shanghai:
