Tagged: electrode localization change
Hi there,
I have a project where I am comparing planned electrode coordinates versus the final coordinates (where the electrode is actually implanted). In lead dbs, I have taken a patient and pre-reconstructed the lead trajectory and then refined the electrode position. I see that this outputs a matlab file. I was wondering if it would be possible to manipulate this file to show where the electrode was planned to be implanted versus where it actually ended up.
I have the actual planned and final coordinates recorded. Is there is a simple way to just modify the .mat file to translate the electrode to the planned coordinates?
Thanks
