help about the "tp_rpostop_ct.nii"

    what’s the meaning about the name of file ‘tp_rpostop_ct.nii’, the one after registering the post_ct.nii to the anat_t1.nii? thank you very much.

    the question was same to the image file with the prefix of ‘g’ and ‘l’,such as ‘glpostop_ct.nii ‘ or ‘lpostop_ct.nii’

    Hi Kailiang,

    As you may already see it in the code, tp_ means tone mapped CT image. gl means normalized image, l is the same normalized image but with the fov focused on subcortical area.

    Yes, it’s tonemapped and just for visualization at some parts in lead-dbs. It should usually show both bone and soft tissue in the same contrast.
