    Dear LEAD-DBS team,

    Is there a quick solution to flip coordinates in MNI nonlin asym space between hemispheres in MATLAB?
    I found this function in the manual:
    ea_flip_lr_nonlinear(from,to,interp)
    ea_flip_lr_nonlinear(‘/Computer/Desktop/spherical_rois/DBS_ET.nii’,’/Computer/spherical_rois/DBS_ET_flipped_to_right.nii’,1);

    As far as I understand, this requires spherical ROIs as an .nii input (which files exactly do I need to plug in here?). Is there an easier way to transform contact coordinates directly without working with .nii files?

    Thanks for your help and best wishes,
    Chris
