    Hi Andy,
    using this great toolbox for localization based on post-op CT.
    I have difficulties when checking post to pre-operative coregistration accuracy. The window opens correctly, and I can scroll through the pre-op MRI smoothly. If I try to click (it should show a box with the post-op CT I assume) nothing happens. In the Matlab command window I get the following:

    Preparing images to show CT-/MR Coregistration…
    Done.
    Error using copyobj
    Too many input arguments.

    Error in ea_imshowpair/mouseClick (line 279)
    a2 = copyobj(a1,f1, ‘legacy’);

    Error while evaluating image ButtonDownFcn

    Is it a common problem?
    Many Thanks,
    Ettore

    Hi Ettore! At least if you just updated to the newest version I fear this is a Matlab version issue. Or do you use ML >2014a?

    In any case, you can always check coregistration somewhere else (I like 3D Slicer for it).
    The files to check would be rpostop_ct.nii and anat_t1.nii or anat_t2.nii (the one you used or either one if used both)

    If check normalization also fails, you should compare the glanat* files to the /templates/mni_hires*.nii series (which are the 2009b NLIN asym templates).

    Hope this helps and best regards to Fribourg!
