I just have a few questions listed below:

    – How can I label and map a piece of tissue in a 3D space?
    – How can I determine the x-, y-, and z- coordinates of the trajectories &/or piece of tissue?
    – How can I map multiple patients onto a 2D image?
    – Is there a way to replace the electrode with a metal rod?

Thank you! Have a great day.

    Hi,

    1. don’t understand. Maybe check the “Add Objects” menu and then “Add Roi”?
    2. see https://netstim.gitbook.io/leaddbs/manual_correction_of_electrode_localization/how-are-reconstructions-stored
    3. see the walkthrough tutorial on the website
    4. no :)

    Best, Andy

…if possible in the future open a thread for each question so it doesn’t get confusing.
