    Dear Lead-Experts,
    I have got some STN target from the literature like (13,6,1, relative to MCP) without the original MRIs. Then I want to transform this target into MNI space using AC/PC to MNI tool. Firstly I set the right IXI dir path. Then I choose the “IXI-database”. However, it doesn’t work! and I can’t figure out the reason. The error information as following:
    Error using spm_vol>spm_vol_hdr (line 80)
    File “/Users/xx/leadv1.6.3/toolbox/IXI/IXI197/y_ea_normparams.nii” does not
    exist.

    Error in spm_vol (line 61)
    v = spm_vol_hdr(deblank(P(i,:)));

    I wonder how to perform this conversion! Many thanks in advance!

    Hi Kailang,

    unfortunately, the IXI database hasn’t been released.
    You’d need to use a peer dataset of your own (e.g. DBS patients normalized with Lead-DBS of similar age of the cohort that was used to specify the coordinate).

    Best, Andy
