Error when visualizing Distal (Ewert 2017) atlas in native space

I’ve tried running the Distal Visualization in Native Patient Space but I keep running into the “Undefined function or variable ‘atlases'” error in ea_showatlas (line50). The electrode scene opens but the screen remains black and the header stays at “building…”
I have no problem visualizing the Distal Minimal atlas though.
The subjects I’ve tried to run them on have already gone through ANTs and MAGeT brain like segmentation

I’m sorry for the late reply.. I cannot reproduce the error here. Can you visualize the DISTAL atlas in MNI space?

Yes, I can visualize all the atlases on MNI but I run into problems with native spaces.
